I keep going over my list of things I need to do, and worrying if I'm missing something. I've completed almost half my study notes and summarsied a few important text books so if you need any help at all, just ask. Nonetheless, this year I feel I can hardly even help myself.

Thank you all so much for the birthday wishes and gifts! Honestly, it was all really amazing, and I'm pretty sure this has been my best birthday yet. I'm extremely grateful for everything I received - truly, I don't deserve such generosity.
Harrison also owled me an amazing gift. He also said something about wanting to tell me something - I'm starting to suspect he and Natalie are engaged. He's awfully young, still, but they've been together since they were fifteen. She's really amazing! I don't think I could ask for a better girl for my brother.

I've been so busy lately, I haven't even gotten a chance to say how lovely everyone looked in their Halloween costumes! I think it was really brilliant how everyone got themselves together, and pulled off some amazing costumes to win points for their houses. Not to mention the feast was lovely! I think the House-Elves outdid themselves this time, truly.
I'm rather impressed with the course work we've been given. To be honest, it's actually been rather enjoyable. But, I do fear that I've spent a little too much time hidden away behind the books! And, seeming as I'm actually the one admitting that, then that much mean something. Though, the good thing about all this study is that I've been able to help out some of the younger years with their homework, which is really amazing! If anyone needs a helping hand or some tutoring, I'd be glad to. I'm really starting to enjoy it.
Anyway, what's everyone's plans for the weekend? I'm pretty excited for the Quidditch match! I know Ravenclaw is going to go well, especially with how hard Melissa has been working. It should be a terrific match.
